Description   Perfect Consignments has a large selection of western themed loop and hook styled belt buckles such as this beautiful piece with a removable 1878 Morgan Silver Dollar inserted into the center mount. The coin is circulated and shows wear. Features include the left facing Lady Liberty coin with the wording E PLURIBUS UNUM across the top, 7 stars to the left and 6 stars to the right. This Morgan Silver dollar has been one of the most-collected coins of all time and was named after it's designer George T. Morgan. It contains 90% silver and weighs 26.73 grams. The buckle itself measures approximately 3-1/2 inches wide X 2-1/2 inches and has a silver face plating with contrast black oxidation and works with any standard 1-3/4 inch belt strap. The Morgan coin can be easily removed and replaced with a .39 mm stone if desired. The back of the Morgan coin which sits against the buckle does contain considerable oxidation to the surface. The surface mount does have some chipping. This items is less than perfect however is fully functional.
